Your use of Imago constitutes your agreement to these terms. No signature required.

Permitted Use

Using this software — running inference, sending prompts, accessing agent capabilities through published pap:// interfaces, and integrating with Chrysalis-hosted agents — is permitted use under these terms. No separate agreement is required.

What Is Not Permitted

  1. No reverse engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to reconstruct the source code, algorithms, semantic models, ordvec index structures, caching logic, or architecture of Imago, Chrysalis, or any component of Baur Software's system.
  2. No model distillation. You may not use outputs, completions, embeddings, or any other data produced by this system to train, fine-tune, distill, or otherwise develop any model, algorithm, or system — whether competing or otherwise — without express written permission from Baur Software.
  3. No circumvention. You may not remove, disable, or circumvent any cryptographic controls, license enforcement mechanisms, or technical protection measures.
  4. No unauthorized disclosure. You may not share, publish, or disclose Baur Software's proprietary technology, including implementation details of pap://, ordvec, or Chrysalis internals, beyond what is publicly documented.
  5. No benchmarking for publication. You may not publish performance benchmarks or security assessments of this system without prior written consent from Baur Software.

All intellectual property rights in Imago, Chrysalis, the pap:// protocol implementation, the ordvec bilateral caching algorithm, and related technology are owned exclusively by Baur Software, LLC. Nothing in these terms grants any license, right, or interest in Baur Software's intellectual property except the right to use the software as intended.
